Welcome to Love Dance Co.
We are so excited to welcome your family into our dance community.
At Love Dance Co., we believe dance is a place where children can build confidence, discover creativity, develop friendships and experience the joy of movement.
When you enrol your child at Love Dance Co., you become part of our community and agree to the following Enrolment Terms & Conditions.
These terms help us create a positive, safe and enjoyable experience for every dancer and family.
1. Enrolment & Class Placement
By enrolling your child at Love Dance Co., you confirm that:
The information provided during enrolment is accurate and complete.
You have read and agreed to Love Dance Co.’s policies and procedures.
You have provided current emergency contact and medical information.
Your child is enrolled in the appropriate class for their age, ability and development.
Love Dance Co. reserves the right to recommend class changes where we believe it will best support a child’s confidence, safety or learning experience.
In 2026, each child can access strictly one (1) free trial class per dance style.
2. Fees & Payments
Love Dance Co. operates as a professional dance school and carefully plans classes, teachers, and resources based on enrollment numbers.
By enrolling, families agree to their selected payment arrangement.
Fees cover:
Weekly dance instruction.
Teacher preparation and planning.
Studio hire and operational costs.
Administration and resources.
Payment Requirements
Families agree to:
Pay fees by the due dates provided.
Maintain current payment details where applicable.
Notify Love Dance Co. of any payment issues as soon as possible.
Outstanding fees may result in suspension of enrollment until payment arrangements have been made. A late payment fee of $10 per week will be charged for invoices in arrear.
Love Dance Co. will always aim to communicate with families and work through concerns respectfully.
3. Term Enrolments
Enrolment at Love Dance Co. is generally for the full dance term.
Families are securing a place in a class for the term, and fees contribute to maintaining that class placement.
Missed classes due to illness, holidays, appointments or other personal circumstances do not automatically reduce tuition fees. Classes do not run during the NSW public school holidays or on NSW public holidays.
There may be additional opportunities to attend School holiday workshops. Information will be available on our website.
4. Cancellations & Withdrawals
We understand that circumstances change.
Within a calendar year, we assume that you are enrolling for the full year. Families wishing to withdraw from classes must provide written notice to Love Dance Co. by the end of their final term.
Where possible, we encourage families to speak with us before withdrawing so we can understand your circumstances and support you.
5. Missed Classes & Make-Up Lessons
We understand children may occasionally miss class due to illness or other commitments.
Where available, Love Dance Co. may offer make-up classes subject to:
Class availability.
Suitable age and ability level.
Teacher approval.
Studio capacity.
Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Missed classes do not create an entitlement to refunds or fee credits.
6. Teacher Changes & Class Adjustments
Love Dance Co. is committed to providing high-quality dance education.
While we aim for consistency, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:
Teachers.
Class times.
Class structures.
Program offerings.
Families will be notified of significant changes wherever possible.
7. Attendance & Punctuality
Regular attendance supports children’s confidence, friendships and skill development.
Families agree to:
Arrive on time for class.
Notify Love Dance Co. where possible if their child will be absent.
Collect children promptly after class.
Late arrival may impact a child’s ability to safely participate in warm-up activities.
8. Child Safety & Supervision
Love Dance Co. is committed to maintaining a child-safe environment.
Families acknowledge that:
Children remain the responsibility of parents/guardians until they are checked into supervised class activities. Children are to be dropped off no earlier than 5 minutes before class begins.
Parents are not permitted to watch their child’s class, except during parent watching week. Parents will be notified in advance of these opportunities.
Children remain the responsibility of Love Dance Co. during their scheduled class time.
Children will only be released to authorised person and must be collected from the Love Dance Co. courtyard (entry off Wongala crescent)
Families must provide accurate medical and emergency information.
Love Dance Co. follows child-safe practices consistent with NSW child protection requirements.
9. Health, Injuries & Medical Information
Families must inform Love Dance Co. of any:
Medical conditions.
Allergies.
Injuries.
Physical limitations.
Additional support needs.
Families agree that their child will not attend class if they are unwell or unable to safely participate.
Love Dance Co. staff may modify activities where appropriate to support safe participation. Love Dance Co. reserves the right to address physical limitations and, where necessary, review a child’s participation if the child cannot be adequately supported, and, or staff do not have appropriate training to support the child.
10. Behaviour Expectations
Love Dance Co. is committed to creating a positive and respectful environment.
Students and families are expected to:
Treat others with kindness and respect.
Follow teacher instructions.
Respect the studio space.
Support a positive learning environment.
Love Dance Co. reserves the right to address behaviour concerns and, where necessary, review a child’s participation to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
11. Uniforms & Personal Belongings
The Love Dance Co. uniform is designed to create a sense of belonging and cohesion.
All children must be in full Love Dance Co. uniform within two (2) weeks of enrollment. Hair must be secured away from the face and jewellery must be kept to a minimum and not left on the premises. We accept no responsibility for valuables left on the premises.

Love Dance Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced personal items.
12. Performances & Events
Love Dance Co. may offer opportunities including:
End-of-year performances.
Studio events.
Workshops.
Community activities.
Participation details, costs and requirements will be communicated separately.
Families acknowledge that performances require additional preparation, cost and commitment.
13. Photography, Video & Promotion
Love Dance Co. may capture photographs or videos of classes, events and performances.
It is assumed that, by signing these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to allow your child to be featured in photography or video, used for promotional purposes across social and digital platforms. Note - these will not include paid marketing channels.
Families that do not want their child photographed or in videos must update their consent by contacting Love Dance Co. If a family reverses their consent at a later date, there is a chance that some content cannot be removed, however Love Dance Co. will endeavour to remove as much impacted content as possible.
14. Communication
Love Dance Co. communicates with families through approved channels including:
Email*
Text (SMS)*
Studio management platforms.
Official studio communication channels.
Families are responsible for ensuring contact details remain current.
*It is mandatory that Love Dance Co. have at least one active mobile number and email address on file - and we must have a separate emergency contact, in the instance that we need to contact you urgently.
15. Walking Bus Service
Where families participate in the Love Dance Co. Walking Bus service, they acknowledge and agree to:
Complete the Walking Bus Consent & Authority to Collect form.
Provide accurate medical and emergency information.
Follow Walking Bus safety expectations.
Understand that community walking involves inherent risks.
Participation is subject to availability and compliance with Walking Bus procedures.
16. Privacy & Information Handling
Love Dance Co. collects and stores personal information required to provide safe and effective dance education.
Information will be handled respectfully and in accordance with applicable privacy obligations as detailed in our Privacy policy.
17. Studio Closure & Unexpected Events
Love Dance Co. may need to close, modify classes or make alternative arrangements due to circumstances outside our control, including:
Extreme weather.
Building issues.
Government requirements.
Safety concerns.
Emergency situations.
We will communicate changes as soon as reasonably possible.
18. Acknowledgement of Risk
Dance is a physical activity involving movement, stretching, jumping, balancing and coordination.
Families acknowledge that participation involves normal risks associated with physical activity.
Love Dance Co. takes reasonable steps to provide safe instruction, supervision and facilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Love Dance Co. limits liability where legally permitted, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law or arises from negligent or unlawful conduct.
