School Holiday fun in Beecroft! Workshops that incorporate multiple dance styles and creative activites. Plus an opprtunity to try dance classes at Love Dance Co.!

spring 2026 holiday workshops

K-2 (5-8 years old)

October 1 & October 8 - 9-3pm

Join Chloe and the Love Dance Co. team and Katarnya from Frosted by K for a fun day of dance and cookie decorating in the October School Holidays! Move, create and make new friends!

Start the day with some stretching and then trial several different dance styles including everyone’s favourite - Hip Hop, as well as an introduction to acro.

Weather permitting we will head to the park for lunch and some fresh air! Love Dance Co. has hi-vis vests for grown ups and kids and these will be worn at all times.

Roll out your own icing, ice and paint two of your own cookies which you can take home at the end of the day (or eat before you go!) in a carry box and show off your decorating skills to family and friends!

This workshop is for kids in kindy to year 2 and no prior dance experience is required.

You will need to bring water, a hat, sunscreen, recess and lunch (no nuts please) and a willingness to try new things and have fun!

FAQs

  • This is a workshop for kids in kindy to year 2. Kids should be 5-8 years old.

  • Not at all. Classes are taught at an age-appropriate level for beginners, and kids build skills and confidence at their own pace.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothes! Sneakers are required for Hip Hop. If your child has jazz shoes - bring them along, but they are not required.

  • No — flexibility isn't required to start. Our acro classes are taught safely and kids are never pushed into tricks before they're ready.

  • Our school holiday workshops are $100 for the day. The early bird rate ($90) ends September 20.

    We do accept the NSW Active Kids Voucher!

  • Love Dance Co is based in Beecroft - walking distance from Beecroft station, Beecroft Public School, Arden, Woolworths Beecroft and plenty of local coffee shops. We are a short drive from Cheltenham, Epping, Thornleigh, Pennant Hills, and Carlingford too.

    We will send a detailed map of how to get to us on the day as we are located above Love Pilates.

  • Absolutely! We plan on running more workshops over the summer holidays.

  • We offer school holiday workshops at Love Dance Co in Beecroft. Our October school holiday program is for kids in kindy to year 2.
