Love Dance Co. will be launching classes for primary school age kids starting with Jazz and Hip Hop. We plan to add acro and lyrical classes. Each one is taught with the same philosophy: movement should be joyful, age-appropriate, and the highlight of a child's week.
jazz
Primary school kids
Jazz is the class that produces grins. Big ones.
Perfect for the kid who can’t stop moving, for the kid who can’t stop jumping and twirling around the living room, or the kid who's still finding their inner confidence. Jazz combines all of those things, kicks turns and jumps with fun challenging choreography. It's the class where the quieter kid breaks out of their shell and has fun.
Jazz is the class where you won’t be able to help but clap along to the fun high energy choreography set to the latest pop songs. If you’ve ever seen a Broadway show or a music video that’ll be jazz.
At Love Dance Co. we teach jazz in a fun age appropriate way and lots of sparkly costumes. Jazz teaches kids to feel the rhythm, build coordination and learn to pick up choreography.
hip hop
Primary school kids
Hip hop is the class where your kid suddenly has moves you didn't teach them.
Hiphop is based on street dance. Hiphop is the class that’ll have you cheering from your seat as your kid performs fun routines and stomps up and down. It's the fun high energy class that your kid will be waiting for all week.
At Love Dance Co. your kid will learn how to feel the beat and move in style. Perfect for the kid who’s a bit extra and out there and who has a lot of excess energy.
acro
Primary school kids
Acro is cartwheel-to-choreography magic.
Acro is where the rhythm and music that kids love about dance is fused with fun tricks from gymnastics. It's the class where kids' faces light up as they unlock a new skill and then come home and proudly flip around the living room.
At Love Dance Co., our acro classes are taught with safety in mind. Kids learn at their own pace and are never pushed into trying things they aren’t ready for yet. Acro is great because it teaches strength, flexibility and coordination in the funnest way possible.
Don’t worry - flexibility is not required!

lyrical
Primary school kids
Lyrical is the class that sneaks up on you.
Lyrical is a fusion of ballet and jazz. It combines the technical foundations from ballet with the sharp and dynamic movements from jazz, without the rigidness and rules, fusing them into a beautiful style that allows for self expression and creativity.
Perfect for that kid who can’t help but always be a little too dramatic and loves their facials, lyrical will teach strong technical foundation along with artistry and performance.

walking bus from beecroft public school
Love Dance Co. will be offering a walking bus from Beecroft Public School for our afternoon classes. Children will be collected from school by our Love Dance Co. staff (identifiable in their Love Dance Co. safety vests) and the children will be provided with safety vests to wear as they are escorted to the Love Dance Co. studio.
Children can then have their afternoon tea (no nuts please) and change before their class stars at 4pm.
*Please note that the walking bus is not available for trial classes and their is an additional fee for this service.

Our primary school program is for kids in kindergarten through year 6, with jazz and hip hop launching first, followed by acro and lyrical.
We are launching with K-1 and years 2-3 classes for term 3 2026.

Not at all. Classes are taught at an age-appropriate level for beginners, and kids build skills and confidence at their own pace.

For you trial class we recommend wearing comfortable clothes!
When you enrol we will provide uniform details - which include a Love Dance Co. t-short and black shorts. Jazz shoes for jazz and sneakers for Hip Hop.

Yes — click on our “book a free trial” button and our team will help you book your child into a trial class so you can see if it's the right fit before enrolling.

No — flexibility isn't required to start. Our acro classes are taught safely and kids are never pushed into tricks before they're ready.

Our primary school dance classes are 50 minutes. If you choose to book two classes in the afternoon - there will be a 10 minute supervised break in between classes for a snack (nut free of course!) and to change shoes.

You can see our current fees here. If you book two classes there is a discount on the second class. The walking bus has an additional fee.

Love Dance Co is based in Beecroft - walking distance from Beecroft station, Beecroft Public School, Arden, Woolworths Beecroft and plenty of local coffee shops. We are a short drive from Cheltenham, Epping, Thornleigh, Pennant Hills, and Carlingford too.

Yes — we run a walking bus from Beecroft Public School for our afternoon classes. Staff in Love Dance Co. safety vests collect the children, walk them to the studio, and children have afternoon tea (nut-free please) and change before class starts at 4pm.

Absolutely! We plan on adding more classes in term 4 and in 2027! Please let us know what classes you are after and we will do our best to facilitate requests!
